2 - Gathered data

AMAZE collects different types of personal data depending on the different purposes and dimensions of user/customer interaction with the company. In any case, we emphasise that we do not intentionally collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. If we detect that we have unintentionally collected personal information from minors under the age of 18, we will take the necessary measures to delete the information as soon as possible, unless we are obliged by applicable legislation to retain it.

What personal data do we collect?
The personal data processed may vary depending on the purpose and include the following:

What are the purposes of processing personal data?

2.1 Supply of products and services

AMAZE may use your personal data when this is necessary to fulfil the contract entered into between you and AMAZE, namely the management of online purchases relating to the purchase and payment of products by whatever means, the issuing of electronic invoices and duplicate invoices, the management of complaints, requests or other questions submitted to the Customer Service Department relating to the products and goods purchased, the provision of assisted sales services to customers in shops, the monitoring and/or exchange of orders and the prevention of abuse and fraud in the use of data.

If you place an order as a ‘guest’, AMAZE will collect the following data:

— First and last name;
— Email address;
— Address (for delivery and billing);
— Phone number;
— Tax Identification Number;
— IBAN.

2.2 Product and service development:

AMAZE may use your personal data for the development of its products and services. However, we will predominantly use aggregated data and statistical information for this purpose. AMAZE keeps track of the pages our customers visit within the website to determine which services/products are most requested.
In this case, information is collected regarding the computer or device (including mobile devices) you use to access it, namely your IP address, the website through which you accessed ours, the type and language of your browser, operating system, cookies, the country from which you are accessing it, referring and exit pages, URL, type of platform, the number of clicks made, domain names, landing pages, pages visited and the order in which you visited them, the time spent on a particular page, the date and time you accessed our website, access errors and other similar information that your browser sends us.

2.3 Communication:

AMAZE may use your personal data to communicate with you, namely to send you news related to our products or services, or to assist you in aspects related to customer support, namely to respond to and process user requests through customer service channels, as well as monitoring the quality of our service.

In this case, your full name, email address and telephone number are collected.

2.4 Marketing:

AMAZE may use your personal data including purchasing and browsing behaviour for opinion research and marketing purposes, namely to inform you of our campaigns, promotions, new products and services, anniversary offers and newsletters (if you authorise the subscription), which we will do by sending you electronic mail messages (‘e-mail’), through social networks or other equivalent form of electronic communication or for research purposes, namely market research. The marketing messages we send you will be personalised and adapted to your personal preferences and interests in accordance with the consent given to AMAZE for their use.

Subscribing to the AMAZE Newsletter may imply the use of personal data in order to carry out personalised advertising of our products and services available to the user via email or any other electronic means or by third parties.

You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by following the information we provide in each communication.

AMAZE may use data identified based on your personal and behavioral preferences, collected from your interactions with us through the website and the use of products, to send you personalized offers. In this case, the following personal data will be collected: email, first name, last name, date of birth, country, language, items added to the cart, pages visited, items viewed, and/or purchased. The processing of data for profiling and market research purposes is based on AMAZE's legitimate interest. For this purpose, AMAZE has considered the interests and rights of the data subjects, and the measures taken by the controller to comply with its general obligations in terms of proportionality and transparency, having concluded that:
— the impact on the fundamental rights, freedoms, and guarantees of individuals is minimal;
— the said processing can be reasonably anticipated by the data subject;
— the processing of data for the aforementioned purposes does not lead to exclusion, discrimination, defamation, or situations that jeopardize the data subject’s reputation and/or bargaining power.

For AMAZE, valuing the human side of its customer relationship is fundamental. Although AMAZE uses your data to create profiles, such data processing is only included in the marketing purposes mentioned above, so AMAZE will not make automated decisions in any case, including through profiling.

2.5 Improving the service available to the user:

The user's purchasing and browsing behaviour data related to their purchases in physical or online shops, tastes and preferences can be used for analysis purposes, creating user profiles, market research, quality surveys and improving our interaction with the customer.




3 - Access to third parties

AMAZE may subcontract other companies to provide certain services, such as payment management, delivery/collection services, customer service, tax and accounting advice, marketing or website maintenance and digital suppliers. In these cases, these third parties may need access to certain information and user data. AMAZE guarantees that, in such cases, these third parties will have limited access to user information, restricted only to those data necessary for the performance of the contracted tasks and that a contract has been signed between the parties regulating the protection of personal data, whereby these third parties undertake not to disclose the data in any way or use it for purposes other than the provision of the contracted services.

Likewise, AMAZE may communicate your personal data when so determined by law, within the scope of a judicial process or within the scope of investigations into suspicious activities.

AMAZE stores the personal data you provide on servers in a secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is provided on the payment website, it is protected by AutoSSL encryption.

We have adopted the necessary and appropriate technical, electronic and organisational procedures to guarantee the security of your personal data and prevent its loss, misuse or improper access.

We emphasise that we will only process your data for the purposes for which it was collected, under the terms of this Privacy Policy. We frequently review our data collection, storage and processing policies to ensure that we only collect, store and process information that is indispensable for providing or improving our services.

To determine the period for which we keep your data, we use the criteria set out below. If several criteria apply at the same time, we will store your personal data in accordance with the criterion that means we will store your personal data for the longest period of time.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of data when said processing is based on your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

6.7 Right to lodge a complaint with the regulator:

If you consider that the processing of your personal data by AMAZE violates the applicable data protection legislation, you may lodge a complaint with the regulatory authority. Please do not hesitate to contact us before submitting any complaint.

6.8 Right to data portability:

You have the right to move, copy or transfer the data from our database to another.

6.9 Right to restriction of treatment:

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your data in the following situations: if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful and you do not want to delete your data, but only limit it, if the data is no longer necessary for AMAZE, but necessary for the client or if you have exercised the right of opposition referred to above, during the period of time in which AMAZE analyses whether or not your legitimate reasons for the processing prevail over that right.

The user guarantees that the personal data communicated to AMAZE is correct and accurate and undertakes to notify any alteration or modification thereto and assumes sole responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete communication of data. The user is expressly warned that by disclosing personal data on AMAZE's public media, this information may be seen and used by third parties. AMAZE does not read any personal communications published on its clients' own websites.
